| FreshStart Life Coaching was launched by Jenny
Grainger in January 2005 and swiftly became one of the leading
and most high profile providers of Life Coaching in Northern
Ireland. In 2009, due to demand, Jenny expanded her work to
Dublin and now divides her time between Dublin and Belfast. The
services Jenny offers include 1-1 DYNAMIC COACHING, SMALL GROUP COACHING
SESSIONS, POSITIVE LIVING NETWORK, COACH MENTORING and PUBLIC
SPEAKING/TRAINING. In January 2010, Jenny launched
FRESHSTART ASSOCIATES with the intention of building a
one-stop shop for all your 'wellness' needs, both personal and
professional. The Associates range from Executive Coaches to
Nutritional Therapists and from Hypnotherapists to Neuro-Linguistic
Programming Practitioners. All Associates been personally
endorsed by Jenny and they offer top class, professional and
highly effective services. Jenny Grainger holds a L.C.H Diploma in Life Coaching from Achievement Specialists in Bournemouth as well as a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education and a Master’s Level Certificate in Reiki healing. In addition to running her busy private practice, Jenny has recently been appointed Director of Coaching with the Irish School of Life – www.irishschooloflife.com. She also provides Personal Empowerment courses for cancer survivors through Ulster Cancer Foundation and is a confident and passionate trainer and public speaker and a regular contributor to TV, radio and several written publications. |
WHO AM I?
| Having spent nearly 10 years working in the field of Television Production, I found that the constant stress of juggling a demanding work-schedule and family life was taking its toll physically, emotionally and spiritually. Although I was aware of the impact that this on-going stress was having on me, like many others, I felt that I could not walk away from my career because of the financial constraints that I was under. My wake-up call came in the form of my daughter being hit by a car at the age of 8 and I realized almost immediately that my priorities had been all out of balance for many years. After a period of deep self-examination and self-discovery, I hired a Life Coach to help me try to regain some balance in my life and to pursue my long-standing dream of finding a career that made a positive difference to the lives of others. Within a few months, FreshStart Life Coaching was born and I have never looked back. |
